Shipping and Tracking

How long will my product take to ship?

AllPeople ships our orders through UPS, which provides 3-7 business day shipping. Shipping times can vary within that range depending upon your physical location that corresponds to different shipping zones. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

How do I track my order? 

You can track your order through the UPS website using a tracking number. Your order tracking number can be found in an email sent to you from AllPeople.

Where does AllPeople ship to?

All People ships to all 48 contiguous states in the United States. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Does AllPeople consider sustainability in shipping?

Where are your products sourced from?

AllPeople’s sources their products from UNFI (United Natural Foods Inc.) which is one of the nation’s top suppliers of organic and natural products which align with our company’s mission and values.

Are all of your products eco-friendly? 

Yes! AllPeople has partnered with Honest Green to ensure that our products are eco-friendly and help achieve our goal of being socially responsible and sustainable. 

 

Returns, Reward Points, Purchases

What is your return policy?

Purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery of the product.  If the product(s) is/are unopened, you are eligible for a full refund which you can expect to receive within 30 days after receiving the returned product(s). How much of my purchase is given to a nonprofit?

If you are a member of an affiliated nonprofit and you access the site through the link they send you, then 5% of your purchase will be donated to that nonprofit.
