Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

Return, refund, and replacement (RRR) requests for most new, unopened items submitted within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund by AllPeople. RRR requests can be made by emailing [email protected] with the following information: name, order number, contact info, mailing address, and reason for request.

Note: Any returned items forfeit the 5% donation made to the nonprofit.

RRR Status

To check the status of RRR requests, please email [email protected] and include your order number.

Buyer’s Remorse

In the case of buyer’s remorse where the product is in like-new condition, AllPeople will offer a full reimbursement. In the case of buyer’s remorse where the product is not in like-new condition, AllPeople will issue a partial reimbursement in the form of store credit.

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for reimbursement. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Shipping

If you are making a return due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, AllPeople will pay for the full postage cost of items shipped within the United States. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Replacements

If you are making a return due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, AllPeople will pay for the full postage cost of items shipped within the United States. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in like-new condition with original packaging to be eligible for full refunds. You can expect refunds within 30 days after the returned products are received nd processed. Your refund status can be monitored by emailing [email protected] and including your order number.
